There is a recurring problem with the RAL Network which periodically prevents connections to the site network (and therefore DAaaS) whilst it is occuring. This is being investigated by Digital Infrastructure. Your workspaces and data should be unaffected by these network outages and you should be able to access them once the issue has subsided.
